Forfusion had contact us to conduct a website audit to see where the current live website was benchmarked and what potential improvements could be made.
They had spent some time migrating away from WordPress onto a bespoke CMS which in itself was causing frustrations for the team.
This did pose a challenge as there was little-to-no documentation about the CMS. Daniel our senior developer is well-versed in PHP so he was keen to get his hands dirty!
After establishing what needed to be addressed from the Audit, we agreed time each month to prioritise and test the updates, then apply them to the live website.
Over a period of time, we were able to track the impact of the changes through Google’s testing tools – these were the scores before we made changes;

We initially engaged with Caroline to help improve our Google Core Web Vitals score, leading to them maintaining our website for us.

Our Google Core vitals score improved and the load time on our landing pages increased dramatically.
We were able to schedule and see the progress of tasks using Asana and had a dedicated project manager.
